Avnet Inc. has revealed that it will provide solutions from CenturyLink and IO that enable partners to provide their customers with solutions based on off-premise, co-located data centre models. This will also allow the partners in the U.S. and Canada to help their customers easily support off-premise and hybrid cloud environments.

These solutions suit a range of offsite data centre and infrastructure co-location needs including data centre expansions, redundancy support and migrations. Partners will be able to profit from these solutions through either a referral model or a resale model.

Avnet will help partners quickly and easily begin offering these co-location solutions with its customised hybrid data centre solution offerings. These offerings require no upfront capital requirements and feature highly available redundant and blended bandwidth, and secure access to enterprise-class data centres. Additionally, partners can leverage Avnet's IT services, including orchestration and automation, to create more complete offerings for cloud solutions.

Partners can access cloud solutions through the Avnet Cloud Marketplace. This one-stop shop offers access to comprehensive solutions from leading cloud service providers, flexible payment models and Avnet's management and optimisation tools.
