KUKA's industrial robots in the High Accuracy (HA) series represent the most precise and accurate robot arms in the industry. These high-accuracy robots allow users to handle large payloads while maintaining repeatabilities precise to the hundredths of millimeters. The Motoman HP50-80NX100

The Motoman HP50-80NX100 takes productivity to the next level, offering superior performance in applications, such as machine tending, dispersing, material handling, and material removal.

The HP50-80 features a streamlined body, which allows it to be placed closer to machines. This model has a large work envelope, an 80kg payload, and six axes. It includes a vacuum gripper with mount plate, sensors, and integration to NX100 controls featuring a Windows CE programming pendant with colour touch screen, high-speed processing, a memory for 60,000 steps and 10,000 instructions, built-in Ethernet, and a robust PC architecture with four levels of password protection for up to 100 individual users.

The robot also has a Motoman mono-sight vision package, which includes camera and software for 2D vision and part recognition.


Motoman SDA10D

This beheaded-looking Motoman SDA10D dual-arm robot provides human-like flexibility. Its stylish slim design only lacks a head to match its well-designed body, but it is well suited for a variety of assembly applications to increase production, speed, and consistency. The 15-axis SDA-10D offers 10kg payload per arm and operates with either the NX100 or DX100 controller, offering the ultimate in multiple axis control.

Controllers: The NX100 controller features a Windows CE programming pendant with colour touch screen, high-speed processing, unmatched memory (60,000 steps, 10,000 instructions), built-in Ethernet, and a robust PC architecture along with four levels of password protection for up to 100 individual users.

The DX100 is an open communication, dynamic, next-generation controller with the ability to control up to eight robots (72 axes max), I/O devices, and communication protocols. The DX100 is programmed through a lightweight Windows CE colour screen teach pendant. This input device includes features designed to reduce teaching time and improve productivity. The DX100 reduces the need for separate PLC and HMI devices.

A smaller, but full-featured, DXM100 cabinet is available as an option.
