The DS4830A optical microcontroller is a low-power, 16-bit microcontroller with a peripheral set supporting a wide variety of optical transceiver controller applications. It provides optical control, calibration, and monitor solution. The DS4830A is based on the 16-bit, reduced instruction set computing (RISC) architecture with on—chip flash program memory and SRAM data memory.
