Pre-wired LED arrays enable common interconnection methods

Bridgelux Inc. presents options in wiring selections for its rectangular ES and RS Array Series solid state light sources which allows customers to use interconnection methods common to the lighting industry. This eliminates soldering processes in their factories.

It simplifies LED light source integration for luminaire manufacturers by enhancing the plug and play properties offered by these arrays.

The wiring option offers two wires soldered to the electrical contact pads on the LED arrays. This may be ordered with all Bridgelux rectangular ES and RS Array Series that bring between 800 to 4,500 operational lumens in all available colour temperatures. Providing pre-wired arrays simplifies the electrical integration of the light source into the lamp or luminaire.
