Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd reveals the GA-G41M-Combo motherboard for the 45nm Intel multi-core processor that supports both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM. This enables high-performance dual-channel DDR3 1333 (OC) / DDR2 1066 (OC) MHz memory architecture, thereby providing greater flexibility in memory resources and improving application performance.

The Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo also features a newly developed and patented energy-saving tool, "Easy Energy Saver Province" via a simple user interface. With this feature, users can easily operate a simple energy-saving button, eliminating the need for complicated settings or tuning procedures while giving precise control of CPU power consumption at any time. Other added onboard features include an X-press recovery (also a Gigabyte patented tool) to restore data, Dual BIOS and EasyTune6.

The key features of the Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo includes: Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System support; support for Intel 45nm Advanced multi-core CPU specifications; dual-channel DDR3 1333 (OC) / DDR2 1066 (OC) dual-memory architecture ; patented "Easy Energy Saver Province" with automatic adjustment of energy based on CPU load power; Intel GMA X4500 graphics engine support for Microsoft DirectX 10, Intel Clear Video Technology , as well as support for DVI, HDMI (built-in HDCP) and other kinds of digital display interface; DualBIOS TM-EasyTune6 interface; SATA 3Gb/s storage interface ; Gigabit LAN connection , and Support/Compliance with ErP (Energy-related Products) Lot 6.
