Mimix Broadband, Inc. has introduced XP1057-BD, a GaAs MMIC high power amplifier (HPA) with +41dBm pulsed saturated output power and 17dB small signal gain.

The HPA uses a dual-sided bias architecture, covers 13.5GHz to 16GHz and achieves +48dBm OIP3. The device is targeted for millimetre-wave military, radar, satellite and weather applications.

Samples and production quantities are available in eight weeks.
