Tensilica joins SpyLinks alliance program

Atrenta Inc. and Tensilica Inc. has announced that Tensilica has joined Atrenta's SpyLinks partner program and has deployed Atrenta's SpyGlass suite to optimise synthesisability, power management, constraints management, design for test, and timing for new processor cores.

"IP providers are a key focus for Atrenta's SpyLinks partner program. We see an increased demand for SpyGlass from IP providers to ensure the highest quality handoff to their customers," stated Piyush Sancheti, Atrenta's senior director of business development."

Atrenta's SpyLinks industry alliance program is focused on better integration of the various members of the semiconductor supply chain. SpyLinks leverages Atrenta's SpyGlass product suite and the company's emerging 1Team product suite to provide comprehensive support for communication of design quality and design intent between these members. The ultimate goal of the program is to promote the benefits of Early Design Closure throughout the semiconductor community.
