eInfochips Inc. has announced the availability of the company's suite of ARM processor-based IP and services. With their expertise in ARM technology, said the company, they can meet a diverse range of applications needed to service the consumer electronics, and communications and computer peripheral markets, and enable customers to develop next-generation products with less time-to-market. According to the press release, the ARM processor-based IP and services will help customers accelerate their chip design cycle, resulting in reduced time-to-tape-out and alleviating design risk involved.

eInfochips has also joined the ARM Connected Community, through which the company will gain access to a full range of resources to help it market and deploy innovative solutions that will enable developers to get their ARM Powered products to market faster.

"With the ever-increasing momentum and proliferation of ARM processor technology, our expertise will help accelerate development work and enable customers to get to market faster." says Tapan Joshi, vice president of marketing at eInfochips. "Our expertise will help us gain a stronger foot-hold in the silicon and product design market-space. eInfochips is now a one-stop shop for customer requirements ranging from ARM processor-based silicon design and verification to board-design, embedded firmware and support for mass manufacturing."

"The Connected Community is a forum for companies to work together to provide the most complete solutions in the shortest possible time. By joining the Community, which now comprises more than 330 companies, eInfochips increases the large portfolio of skills, products and services that are centred around the ARM architecture, and currently available to developers worldwide," said Ian Thornton, director of solutions marketing, ARM.

The ARM technology-based IP suite is available now.
