Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT) has extended its line-up of RF products with the introduction of two switches that claim to provide low loss and high isolation. Featuring what the company boasts as a new-to-the-industry constant impedance technology, called Kz, the F2914 and F2915 are 50Ω SP4T and SP5T RF switches that offer insertion loss of only 1.1dB with corresponding IIP2 of 124dBm and IIP3 of 61dBm at 4GHz.

F2914, F2915

The products use IDT's Kz innovative design technology to maintain a near-constant impedance when switching between RF ports, improving hot switching reliability and system response time while protecting downstream components from transients. The switches are geared for base stations (2G, 3G and 4G), repeaters, test and ATE equipment, digital pre-distortion, and point-to-point, public safety and cable infrastructures.

The switches are packaged in an industry-standard NBG24 4mm x 4mm 24 pin QFN package.

Samples are available. The F2914 is priced at $1.56 and the F2915 at $1.82 for 10k units.
