Standard rectifiers targets space-constrained applications

Vishay Intertechnology introduced its AEC-Q101-qualified, 100V to 600V standard rectifiers that combine electrostatic discharge capability with a wide range of current from 10A to 20A. Designed for space-constrained applications, the new SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1 and SE20DxHM3/1 are offered in the SMPD (TO-263AC) package, which features a 1.7mm profile and is footprint-compatible with the D2PAK.

Featuring low forward voltage drops down to 0.96V typical at 12A, the SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1 and SE20DxHM3/1 reduce power loss and improve efficiency for power line polarity protection in automotive applications. The devices can provide class H3B (>8 kV) performance based on the AEC-Q101-001 human body model (contact mode).

Vishay

The new rectifiers, built on oxide planar chip technology, feature maximum operation junction temperature of 175°C, and an MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. The devices are compliant to ROHS Directive2011/65EU and halogen-free according to JEDEC JS709A standards.

Samples and production quantities of the SE10DxHM3/1,SE12DxHM3/1 and SE20DxHM3/1 are now available, with lead times of six weeks for larger orders.
