KnS to spread Farnell services in India

Farnell has tied up with Kits 'n' Spares (KnS), to sell its electronic kits, components and devices in India. Farnell extends their service to Kits 'n' Spares who has been in this line for over 32 years, in offering students, hobbyists, individuals and electronic design engineers easy access to Farnell's extensive range of products.

Students, hobbyists, individuals and electronic design engineers will now have access to Farnell's multi-channel, high-service distribution of over 500,000 products from more than 3,500 suppliers like Altera, Freescale, Fluke, FCI Honeywell, Molex, Microchip, Tyco Electronics and Texas instruments.

"Our business strategy will be strengthened through this partnership with Farnell, as we deliver information on cutting edge electronic components, test and measure equipment and tools with an easy and reliable purchase option of such products from Farnell.", said Nakul Chopra, vice president for KnS. "We believe this add-on service provides additional support to meet the needs of students, hobbyists, individuals, and electronic design engineers."
